Deals with Employee/Employer law and is awesome. He helped us out in a situation when my dh's employer pulled an attempt to withdraw reasonable accomodations after nine years and to lay him off. Complex story - We had only a few days to decide. Mr. Knisbacher gave us key advice on things we would not have even thought of - and I thought I knew employer law pretty well! He zeroed in on issues in age and disability discrimination as well as possible issues with union contract and layoff protection laws. Gave us fast, accurate direction on where to put the focus. We followed his advice and the (large) employer backed down completely within a couple of days. He is based in SF but does work all around the Bay Area. hightly recommend him for knowledge, strategic thinking, easy to work with and very responsive. Effective too!
